Paul and Loveleen first met in 2019 at a MFC Campus-Based conference in Temple, Texas. It wasn’t a moment marked by long conversation or instant chemistry. In fact, they hardly spoke. Over the next couple of years, they found themselves at the same events from time to time, their lives occasionally overlapping like parallel lines that never quite touched. They noticed each other. But that was all. It would be easy to think that was the end of it - two people meant to pass by one another, nothing more. But sometimes, timing is everything. In 2021, during the unexpected and unforgettable Texas ice storm that swept through Dallas, something shifted. As the city froze, something inside thawed. Paul and Loveleen reconnected. Not because of chance, but because the stillness of that week offered space to reach out, to check in, to be human again. What began as a simple message, perhaps casual, even unassuming opened the door to real conversation for the first time. And this time, they talked. Not the surface-level small talk of two people who just happen to know each other’s names, but the kind of conversation that flows late into the night. Honest, open, curious. They laughed, shared stories, discovered pieces of each other they hadn’t known were missing. And slowly, something new began to grow. Not from a whirlwind romance, but from something deeper: recognition. It turned out they hadn’t just crossed paths in the past, they’d been quietly orbiting each other, waiting for the right moment. And that moment had finally come. By May 30, 2021, Paul and Loveleen began officially dating. The foundation of friendship was already there - now it was time to build something new on top of it. Their love grew in seasons. Through shared faith, deep conversations, laughter, growth, and the kind of love that feels both steady and surprising. Each step forward felt natural - like something they were always meant to find, even if the timing had to be just right. And then, four years after their love began, on July 30, 2025 Paul proposed. And Loveleen said yes to forever. Now, they look forward to June 27, 2026, when they will stand before friends, family, and God, and make the promise they’ve been moving toward since the day life brought them back together: a lifetime of love, laughter, and faith, hand in hand. Because sometimes, love doesn’t come crashing in. Sometimes it walks in gently - right on time.
