Booking your room through our dedicated wedding room block is essential to ensure you're a part of all of the wedding festivities that will be taking place. For reservations, click the link provided or navigate to the "Travel" section, where you can also find information about the resort and our booking guidelines. **There is a 3-night minimum stay when booking but do not worry, as you are getting an unbelievable 5-star experience at the all-inclusive resort (make sure to select the all inclusive option, we highly recommend it) **30% of quoted price deposit is due at time of booking. Remaining 70% due at check in. You will have until January 5, 2026 to cancel, and forfeit deposit. After January 5th if you cancel subject to additional fees. ***Required daily fee of $2 USD resort fee when checking in. **If you choose to NOT book through our reservation link, then you will be subject to a fee per event per hour per person to attend the wedding at Garza Blanca resort. Check in starts at 4pm (No early check ins). **If you choose to NOT stay at the resort then you will only have access to the resort ONE hour before the ceremony and until the termination of the reception. Only applicable for the wedding day and subject to approval by the resort. You will not be allowed on the resort grounds for any other wedding event(s). ***For those who book using our website and stay 3 nights will receive a 10% discount towards the Spa. All-inclusive resort which is an option to select when you book your room, or European (room only, meaning you will have to pay for all your meals and drinks while at the resort). ****We HIGHLY suggest doing all inclusive option because food and drinks will be included in the price you pay for the room. As this is a destination wedding, we want to ensure everyone has enough time to prepare for international travel. Getting a Passport If you don’t have a passport yet, we recommend starting the application process as soon as possible. Passport processing times can vary, so applying early will give you peace of mind. You can find more information and apply online at U.S. Passport Website. Renewing a Passport If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. Many countries require that passports remain valid for at least six months after the date of entry. If your passport is close to expiring, plan to renew it soon to avoid any travel issues. Additional Tips If you're concerned about processing times, expedited services are available. Our wedding celebration will be conveniently located just a 35-minute ride from the Cancun International Airport. Booking Your Flights: We strongly encourage all our guests to book their flights immediately. This proactive approach can help you avoid potential price hikes as the wedding date approaches. Be Flexible with the airport you're departing from, especially in the DMV (we stan BWI) most major international airports have direct flights. Ensure you arrange your transfer to and from the hotel.
