Josh and Sophia's journey began in 2016 at Topgolf in Scottsdale, Arizona. Fate brought them together when Josh, then working in the Support Department, crossed paths with Sophia, who was dedicated to Guest Services. It was a memorable day for Sophia, as Josh became the first person outside her department to warmly introduce himself. A subtle spark ignited when Sophia decided to entrust her number to her longtime friend Haley, who graciously delivered it to Josh. This marked the beginning of a whirlwind romance characterized by late-night conversations that deepened their connection. Their first official date unfolded at Stingray Sushi, setting the stage for Josh and Sophia's journey and longtime love for sushi. Originally rooted in Mesa, their love story blossomed and later found its way to Scottsdale. In 2019, life prompted a geographical detour as Josh embarked on a career pursuit that led him back to California. Undeterred by the distance, Sophia remained in Arizona to pursue her teaching degree. Over the course of four years, countless plane flights, and numerous shared adventures, Sophia eventually made the move to Sacramento after completing her college education. Fast forward to the present day, and Josh and Sophia find themselves sharing a cozy townhome in Sacramento, California with their 2 cats Caper and Penelope. The magic of December 26th, 2023, witnessed Josh transforming a special moment into forever by proposing to Sophia in an intimate and personal manner, leaving her over the moon with joy. Now, with hearts full of love, they eagerly anticipate exchanging vows in late May of 2025
