Question
Can I extend my stay at the Villa di Ulignano?
Answer
We are encouraging our guests to extend their vacation to further explore Italy, however, we are not able to offer additional nights at the Villa or the nearby bed and breakfast. The provided accommodations will only be available beginning Friday, April 19th through Tuesday, April 23rd.
Question
What airport should I plan to fly into?
Answer
Our wedding venue is approximately 70km from Florence and 65 km from Pisa. Our recommended arrival airport is Florence. We will be providing one optional transfer from Florence Airport at 4:00 PM Friday evening to the venue. One additional return transfer to Florence Airport will be provided at 10:00 AM Tuesday morning. Are you flying from the US? It is recommended to fly out on Thursday, April 18th or earlier in order to arrive in Italy with ample time to either take the provided transfer or arrive for the evening check in.

Do I need to check in at Villa di Ulignano right at 5:00 PM on Friday, April 19th?
Answer
Check in will not be available until 5:00 PM, you will not be able to access the Villa or the nearby bed and breakfast until after this time. You are more than welcome to arrive any time after 5:00 PM.

Am I able to rent a car and park onsite?
Answer
If you prefer to rent a car, please do! There is plenty of parking onsite for those who would like to rent a car. When submitting your RSVP please simply let us know that you will NOT be needing the provided transfer from Florence Airport to the Villa or the return transfer back to the airport.

What meals during the wedding weekend are being provided?
Answer
Breakfast daily, the Welcome Dinner, Wedding Dinner Reception with Aperitivo Hour, and Brunch are all provided during the Wedding Weekend. Arrival - April 19th We suggest that you eat dinner prior to arriving for check in at the Villa or the nearby bed and breakfast. There is a small restaurant at the bed and breakfast for dinner if you would like to eat there upon arrival as well. April 20th - Welcome Dinner The Welcome Dinner will be served around 5:00 PM. You will have lunch on your own today. April 21st - Wedding Day Celebrations Aperitivo Hour will begin around 3:45 with dinner to follow. You will have lunch on your own today. April 22nd - Brunch Brunch will be served from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You will have dinner on your own today.

What should I plan to wear throughout the Wedding Weekend?
Answer
There is not a dress code for the Welcome Dinner or the Send Off Brunch. Please wear whatever your feel comfortable and confident in. We ask that our guests dress their best for the wedding day festivities. The weather in Tuscany in April can be semi-unpredictable. It may be warm during the days when the sun is out but can get chilly in the evenings. Plan to bring a light coat or sweater for the evening celebrations that will be outdoors.

How will I know if I am staying at the Villa or the nearby Bed & Breakfast?
Answer
The Villa is reserved for immediate family, the majority of our guests will be staying at the nearby bed and breakfast which is located on the same property at the main Villa. About 5 minutes walk from the main house.
