Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is an on-site parking lot for guests who will enter the building and go to the Vivian Ballroom.

Is there a quiet space?

Answer

Yes, we will be using on of our rental suites adjacent to the ballroom as a sensory room. Parents are welcome to take a quiet break with their child, have privacy for feeding and giving little ones a break from the noise. This room will have sensory items for use.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes there is liquor available for purchase through the cash bar on site. We will also have pop/soda, water, and some coffee available for guests.

Can I bring my own food?

Answer

If you have dietary restrictions and cannot have the food from the menu please let us know ahead of time so we can contact the vendor for prior approval. There are strict policies about outside food and beverages so please let us know in advance.
