We're Getting Married!

We met while we were both working at Children's Hospital. Alex helped me navigate handling my first combative patient. After, I thanked him for helping me and he responded by asking me on a date.

Alex surprised me by getting us tickets to the Wild vs. San Jose Sharks game. The day of the game he said we needed to leave early to avoid traffic so we left VERY early. On the way, he said he was going to take a detour (once again to avoid traffic). Before I knew it he was pulling into a park that over looked the city of St. Paul. I was looking at a gorgeous December sunset and wondering why the heck we stopped when we had left so early to get to dinner. The next thing I knew Alex was on one knee asking me to marry him! Little did I realize, we were overlooking the hospital that we met at, during sunset and about to go to dinner at Tom Reid's where he asked me out! He had flawlessly planned the perfect proposal including grabbing my makeup bag because he knew I would cry. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
