1:45 pm - 4:00 pm
Indian Traditional or Semi-Formal
The baraat (wedding procession) will start at 1:45 pm, and the ceremony will take place from 2:15 to 3:30 pm. Light snacks will be served during the ceremony. Because Sam and Nisha already had a small traditional Hindu wedding ceremony in 2021, they will not be doing a full wedding ceremony. Instead, they will be performing a Ganesha Homa, a puja to honor Lord Ganesh and pray for a happy married life. The bride will be wearing a yellowish orange saree (with bright pink accents), so please avoid those colors. Free parking is available in The Children's Museum Parking Lot
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Indian Formal or Black-Tie Optional
We will have a cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing! At Indian weddings, the more colors the better. Dress to impress and bring your dancing shoes! Dinner will be buffet-style. The bride will be wearing purple so please avoid that color. Free parking is available in The Children's Museum Parking Lot
