Our love story begins with many years of friendship. We officially became friends because of senior year homeroom at Paul VI high school. Both of our last names started with 'C' and because of that, John sat in front of Nicole. From that point on, we remained very close friends for many years. We've had so many incredible memories and experiences together - but there was always something more between us. Finally, in 2017, we took a leap of faith and that leap of faith turned out to be the best decision either of us had ever made.

We have lived in Philadelphia for over 7 years now and one of our favorite things about the city are the incredible restaurants. Years ago, we celebrated John's birthday at The Victor Cafe. Since then, the famous Music Lovers Rendezvous became one of our favorite places to go to together. The restaurant has a romantic upstairs lounge where you can order delicious drinks and listen to opera. We spent many nights there together drinking dirty martinis in the candle-lit lounge. We decided to go back to celebrate Nicole's 32nd birthday and while upstairs in the lounge, John got down on one knee and proposed. Needless to say, The Victor Cafe will remain our favorite restaurant for many years to come. We are so grateful for all of the support & love and we can't wait to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
