Are payment plans available?

Yes! Once you book your room and pay the $200 deposit (plus optional cancel insurance) the travel agent will email you monthly with your remaining balance. You can also set up auto withdraws if requested.

Do I book my own flight?

Yes! This way our guests get to use their own perks and rewards for travel. We would recommend start looking in March 2023. We will coordinate your transportation to and from the Cancun airport when it gets closer to the date.

Semi-formal beach attire is requested. Bright tropical colors, no white or cream please. For men: think Tommy Bahama-esk type of attire. For women: tropical cocktail attire, bright colorful dresses. **restaurants on the resort require "casual elegant" attire. For ladies: capri or long pants, dresses, skirts, dress sandals or shoes. For men: Bermuda shorts, long pants, collard shirts, dress sandals or shoes.

Although they have filtration systems it's recommended you use bottle water for everything including brushing your teeth.
