Please read the full menu here and then select your choice. All meal options are gluten free except for the vegetarian dish. Beef Option: Porcini crusted filet with madeira sauce, mascarpone whipped yukon potatoes, haricot verts, hazelnuts, and pickled currants Salmon Option: Wasabi cured salmon with shiro miso rice porridge, charred bok choy, black seaweed salad, and mandarin yakitori sauce Chicken Option: Achiote adobo grilled chicken with hominy puree, smoked chili broth, poblano-mushroom salsa, jalapeno-lime aioli and queso fresco Vegetarian Option: Stir fried market vegetables with cashews, udon noodles, and house made stir fry sauce
