Question

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes and No! Both our Ceremony and Reception will be hosted in an open air covered pavilion. Rain will only ruin Annie's mood, not our wedding day! Although we expect the space to be comfortable, the venue is not air-conditioned so we ask everyone to dress appropriately for summer weather.

Can I bring a date?

We've done our best to include everyone for this special day; If your invitation reads your name plus guest, you are welcome to bring whoever you want!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We've done our best to include everyone we can on this special day; Children's names will be listed on the invitations otherwise we ask you to take the night off and come alone!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle service to the Hilton where we have a block of rooms reserved. However space is limited and seats on the shuttle need to be reserved. Uber and Lyft rides should also be readily available in the area.

Is the venue private?

Answer

Gervasi Vineyard is open to the public and is expected to be very busy during the time of the wedding. However, the wedding venue is in a private area of the estate with private parking spaces. We encourage everyone to explore all that Gervasi has to offer before our Wedding (no wandering off during the reception). See the things to do page for more ideas of what to explore at the Vineyard.
