FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we’ve listed here, please feel free to reach out to our coordinator, Amberley Snyder at 206-915-4141
Question

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

We suggest planning to arrive around 4:30pm to allow for traffic, parking, seating, etc. ***UPDATE ALL LANES OF WESTBOUND US 2 BETWEEN SR 9 AND I-5 WILL BE CLOSED THIS WEEKEND*** This will cause extra traffic so PLEASE plan accordingly and allow yourself at least an extra 45 minutes than usual to get to our venue. Thank you! Our ceremony will start at 5:00pm followed by dinner, drinks, and dancing!

Question

Can I take pictures or video during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we please ask that you keep your phones, cameras, and other recording devices OFF during this part. We will have a professional photographer and videographer there to capture this moment and are happy to share our pictures and video afterwards! Thank you for understanding. Phones are most welcome during the cocktail hour and reception however!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please go to the RSVP section on our website and enter your name and response. The favor of your reply is requested by July 1st. Thank you!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! We have many kids in the family and we want everyone there to celebrate with us. But if you prefer to leave the littlest ones at home, that's totally fine too. Please indicate when you RSVP if you are bringing children with you.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! But we still want you to feel comfortable. The weather during this time in August should be nice but our venue has both indoor and outdoor options. So we're totally covered rain or shine!

Question

Where should I stay if I'm traveling from out of town?

Answer

We have a few suggested hotels on the travel section of our website. But also suggest looking into other hotels/airbnb in the area such as Snohomish, Bothell, Woodinville, or Kirkland.

Question

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

The bride and groom will be at their own sweetheart table with reserved tables only for the wedding party and immediate family around them. Otherwise, please feel free to choose where you sit!

Question

What kind of drinks will there be?

Answer

We will be providing plenty of wine, craft beer, and other non-alcoholic beverages! Absolutely no hard alcohol is allowed at our venue.
