Our love story began with innocent middle school crushes, with valentine gifts and hugs exchanged before catching the bus at the end of the school day. We drifted apart as high school led us on different paths, with the occasional run-ins after graduation, until 2019 when a spontaneous camping trip is planned and Nathan’s summer leave just so happened to line up! From there, we found ourselves falling in love, exchanging I love you’s within 8 days! When you know, you know, right!

It all started with a dinner date at our favourite restaurant, Ten Foot Henry. After an amazing dinner, Nathan decided to take the long way home, as we were talking he drove past our old middle school, that's was when he pulled the car over and walked me towards a familiar park... where a certain bench awaited us – the place where we had our first kiss years ago! Nathan dropped down on one knee, and ask’s me to marry him and I said YES! The details might be blurry, as I'm fairly certain I blacked out from the surprise but I know for certain that it was the BEST day ever!
