Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The cocktail bar will open at 3:30 PM. The ceremony begins at 4:15 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony (which starts at 4:15 PM) to get settled, parked and enjoy a drink before the festivities begin!

Question

Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Everything will be held on Hunter’s land — no need to travel between locations. Just follow the signs and enjoy the flow of the day.

Question

Is there a backup plan for bad weather?

Answer

We’re having a tented wedding with full coverage to keep everyone comfortable, rain or shine. We’re expecting a warm day and a cooler evening, so the space will include both fans and heaters to accommodate the weather.

Question

Where should I park? Is parking free or onsite?

Answer

Yes, there will be free onsite parking. We’ll have plenty of signs, and someone will be there to guide you to your spot. Parking will be organized in straight rows to make arrival and departure easy and stress-free.

Question

Will there be assigned seating?

Answer

Yes, we’ll have assigned seating to help ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable time. If you need to switch seats, we understand and are happy to accommodate genuine swaps — just please note that seating at the immediate family and wedding party tables (bridesmaids/groomsmen) will remain fixed. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal. Our wedding will be held outdoors under a tent, so we completely understand if guests opt for shorts, dresses, or cozy sweaters later in the evening. Your comfort matters most — come as you are, because we love you!

Question

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Absolutely! We'll be serving dinner and drinks, including an open bar. That said, weddings can be long — so we recommend having a solid lunch before you arrive.

Question

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Answer

Yes — we’ve planned a menu with a variety of dietary needs in mind. If you have a specific allergy or concern, please let us know ahead of time.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please enjoy the ceremony without taking photos, as we have hired professionals to capture the moments.

Question

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Yes, lots of it! The dance floor will be open after dinner — comfy shoes and late-night outfit changes are welcome!

Question

Is there a place to relax or step away for a break?

Answer

Yes — the cocktail tent and lounge areas will have seating, games, and cozy spots to take a breather throughout the evening.

Question

Can I smoke cigarettes or cannabis?

Answer

We respect everyone’s preferences and will have a designated smoking area set up away from children and main gathering spaces. Please use this area only, out of respect for Hunter’s property and all guests. Cigarette butt disposals will be provided — thank you for being considerate!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! If it wasn’t already noted in your RSVP, please check in with the Bride and Groom to confirm.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your invitation or RSVP — if a guest was included, they’ll be listed. If you're unsure, just reach out and ask us!

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you’d like to contribute, we would truly appreciate a gift toward our Honeymoon Fund.

Question

What is the expected end time?

Answer

At 11:00 PM, We want all our guests to have a complete itinerary, which will be provided on the wedding day. We believe it’s important to know what’s happening so you don’t miss your favorite moments.
