Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony. This will give you plenty of time to be able to find parking and make it to your seat before the ceremony starts.
I can tell you what is not the dress code and that is JEAN, SWEATPANTS/SWEATSHIRTS. IF YOU SHOW UP WEARING ANY OF THESE YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OUT! Now that is out of the way, the dress code is BUSINESS CASUAL. Please do not wear tennis/athletic shoes to the wedding. While we understand everyone wants to coordinate the colors for the wedding like ours, we ask that you just wear something appropriate to the wedding. JUST NO WHITE DRESSES! If you have any questions about the dress code please feel free to reach out to us and we will let you know.
Everything will be in an indoor space.
The address for the venue is 9316 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40299. Parking will be limited at the venue. We are currently working on parking close by to the venue and if transportation is needed from parking lots near by, we will arrange to make sure that you are transported to the venue. This is why we ask that you arrive early enough to make sure that you make it to the ceremony in time.
Excellent question! This will be a kid free wedding. The only kids allowed will be the bride's son but other than that we ask that you make arrangements for your kids to make sure that you can attend the wedding.
We will be having a taco bar catered by Taco City (the place where we started dating and where we got engaged). If you have any food restrictions or allergies, please send us a message to let us know so that we can keep that in mind when finalizing the menu. Just make one of us aware so that way we can make sure that gets addressed.
OF COURSE!!!! We do ask that you drink responsibly and anyone that is too intoxicated will be asked to leave by way of Uber/Lyft.
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We have photographers that will be there for that reason and would appreciate if everyone was enjoying the moment with us. There will be plenty of time for pictures during the reception but if you want any pictures from the ceremony all you have to do is ask. We will have QR codes at the tables so that everyone can upload their individual pictures for us to review later as well.
So that we can get accurate numbers we ask that you RSVP on the website as soon as possible.
RSVP deadline is July 19th. After that your invite will be reascended. If you aren't sure if you can get off work until closer to the wedding, please RSVP and if you are unable to attend, we will still be okay with that.
We do! There is a registry tab at the top of the screen for you to be able to view some items there but we will also have a registry on Amazon and here is the link:. You also have the option to be able to just donate money via venmo and cashapp.
We would prefer that you send the gift via one of the registry's. If you would like to get us something outside of the registry, please let us know and we will provide you with the address to send it to.

Reception will end at 10:00pm. Once everyone is done eating, THAT'S WHEN THE PARTY STARTS!! If you do not wish to stay for the party, our DJ will make an announcement letting you know that is the time to leave. We will say our goodbye's to everyone that doesn't want to stick around at that time and take any final pictures.
We will communicate any changes necessary or take any questions by text if you have our number or through the Facebook event page where you can ask questions there as well.
