When can I RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP deadline has now passed. We are not accepting any additional name on the guestlist. If you need to let us know you and/or anyone in your party is no longer able to attend please contact us directly at plguests2024@gmail.com or 781-261-0331.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

You should plan to arrive at 5:30, once the ceremony has begun, any late arrivals will not be permitted to enter until after the ceremony has concluded.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Short answer: No. Long answer: Our wedding is adults-only. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the children/babies at home with a caretaker so you can celebrate with us. We understand that childcare issues may arise, and if you are unable to attend for this reason, we sincerely understand and you will be missed. We respectfully ask that guests do not ask us to make exceptions to this rule.

I drove to the venue but had too much fun and unable to drive home, what do I do?

Answer

Please drive responsibly. If you are unable to drive home after the wedding, you should call a lyft/uber or ride with friends/family and leave your car at the venue until you are able to safely pick it up.

I am unfamilair with the last name Pierre-Louis, who are you people?

Answer

Many of you may only know me by my maiden name, Nadine Pierre-Louis née Joseph. Or you know my father, Marc Joseph.

Answer

Yes, please navigate to the "Travel & Accommodations" page to view available hotels. Please note, you are not restricted to staying at any of the hotels listed.

Does "Black tie attire" mean I have to wear black?

Answer

No, Black tie attire for a wedding refers to formal evening wear. Our dress code is formal or black-tie optional.

I need to update a previously submitted RSVP, how do I do that?

Answer

You will be able to update your RSVP until the due date online. If for some reason anyone in your party will not be attending anymore and the deadline has passed please email us at plguests2024@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Can I update my RSVP status?

Answer

Once RSVPs open, you will be able to update your status until our deadline on June 1st. Once our deadline has passed we will no longer be able to accept any additional "YES" RSVPs.

What if I arrive after the ceremony has begun?

Answer

If you arrive to the venue after the ceremony has begun, you will have to wait until the ceremony has concluded to join us. Late arrivals will disrupt the ceremony already in progress.

With all the turn up and dancing, I'll probably be hungry later in the evening, will there be snacks?

Answer

YES! There will be late night snacks closer to the end of the night.

The ceremony will be indoors.

I am trying to RSVP but my name and/or someone else in my party, did not come up?

Answer

If you received a Save the Date, invitation and/or were contacted directly to provide your contact information, your name will be on the guest list. If you or anyone in your party did not come up, please contact us at plguests2024@gmail.com to confirm spelling. If the spelling isn't the issue, it is likely that they are not on the guest list and were not allotted a space. We apologize, as we do have a capacity limit.

I missed the RSVP deadline but I would still like to attend, can I?

Answer

No, the deadline has been set to allow time to make necessary decisions around seating and food. Once final count is given to the venue, we cannot make any additional changes. Thank you for understanding.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request that guests dress in formal attire for our wedding ceremony and reception. We encourage guests to embrace the elegance and sophistication of the occasion. Men may opt for tuxedos or suits, while women may choose evening gowns, cocktail dresses, or chic separates that are knee to floor length (no mini dresses please). Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding attire. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style! Ladies no white or ivory dresses, but you knew that already 😄.

I want to get you two a gift, where are you registered?

Answer

First, we appreciate any and all gifts. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a cash gift would be very welcome. Navigate to our "Registry" page to view our gift options. Alternatively, we will also have a card box at the reception. Thank You!

Does the venue accept credit/debit cards?

Answer

No, the venue only accepts cash, and there is an ATM on site if needed. Please note that the ATM charges a fee, so it is recommended to bring cash with you.

I need to add additional people to my party (plus-ones), what do I do?

Answer

Unfortunately, additional plus ones cannot be accommodated. Final numbers have been submitted and our capacity has been reached. Thank you all in advance for your understanding.

Can I bring a date or someone who did not come up as part of my party?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate anyone who is not on the guest list, as this wedding is invite-only. We kindly request that wedding guests refrain from bringing additional people, as this may cause confusion with assigned table seating and food arrangements. Any unexpected guests will be politely asked to leave.

I am flying in, what airport should I choose?

Answer

You will most likely want to fly into Logan Airport in Boston (BOS) but there is also T.F. Green in Rhode Island that may work for you as well. Please navigate to our Travel section for more information on both airports.

Can I take pictures or video during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that if you plan to take pictures or record, do not have your phones up too high or in the way of the aisle. And please put your phone on silent during the ceremony. Thank you!
