Our Engagement Story
November 17, 2022
On our “Christmas at the beach family vacation,” Shane and I decided to visit OWA in Alabama. We went to a wellness shop based on recentering energies. Shane asked if I was interested in a ring. I squealed I was so excited. Of course, I said yes. Then he nervously asked if I wanted it to be THE ring. Life seemed to pause as I realized the time had finally come. I blurted out yes and kissed my fiancé. My sister saw the ring and got the idea easy enough. And my brother in law too! We then met up with my brother and sister in law to celebrate with some axe throwing. Went back to the beach house to celebrate with Mom and Dad. Best day ever!
