Downtown Lancaster is a great place to wander and shop. A few favorite spots include Building Character at 342 N Queen St., Madcap & Co at 310 N Queen St., Details at 30 N Queen St., and Ellicott & Co. at 45 N Market St. Leaving downtown, Alicia loves Pocket Books Shop at 903 Wheatland Ave. Another favorite shopping spot is Prussian Street Arcade with locations at 2200 Embassy Dr. Apt. B in Lancaster and 49 N Main St in Manheim, PA.

Bird in Hand Bakeshop

Bird in Hand Bakeshop

The Bird-in-Hand Bake Shop is a little farther away, but worth a trip! Going to Bird-in-Hand will take you out into the traditional, more country Amish area of Lancaster County.

Intercourse

Intercourse, PA

The town of Intercourse (yes, Intercourse!) is probably what you picture when you think of Lancaster. Intercourse is more traditionally Amish and has a lot of great shops to visit.
