The hotel check-in time is 4:00pm. Please note that in order to guarantee getting in before 4:00pm, the hotel recommends booking the night prior. Otherwise, early check-in requests will be accommodated based upon availability. Should the room not be ready, luggage can be stored in the bellman’s closet located in the lobby.

Shuttle

Cescaphe Trolley

June 12, 2022 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The Cescaphe Trolley will be available to shuttle guests to and from the ceremony. The schedule is as follows: Guest Transportation from Double Tree Hotel to the Cathedral Basilica - First Pick-Up: 2:10pm - Second Pick-Up: 2:30pm Ceremony starts at 3pm. Guest Transportation from the Cathedral Basilica to the Lucy - First Pick Up: 4:15pm (or shortly after ceremony ends) - Second Pick-Up: 4:35pm (or 20 minutes after first pick-up) Cocktail hour begins at 5pm; doors open at 4:30pm. The trolley can accommodate 1-2 pick-ups with 35-40 guests each (80 guests max). If you do not make it onto the trolley, we suggest using Uber or Lyft for transportation. End of night transportation will not be provided. Please plan accordingly.

The Juniper & Locust parking garage is directly behind The Lucy. If you are staying as a guest at the Double Tree, please utilize their hotel parking garage.
