WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY FLIGHTS AND HOTEL?

Answer

ASAP! The sooner you book, the less you have to think about and prices will be the lowest. And once we're a couple months out, we'll be dropping any held room that hasn't been booked under our group rate.

Question

What if I want to stay somewhere else?

Answer

Only guests of the hotel are allowed in to the hotel during the day. So, if you book any other hotel, we'll only be able to hang out in town on Saturday night.
