this is our love story

Due to COVID-19, we have decided to have a small ceremony with our immediate family on April 25th. We will be live streaming the ceremony on Facebook, and we invite all of you to join us through this platform. We will celebrate together but separate! We will have a celebratory reception at a later date once things have returned to normal. We will get back in touch with you then! The health and safety of our favorite people is very important to us, and we believe that this is the best option under these circumstances. Our registries will remain open, so if you were wanting to send us a gift, you are still able to do so! We love you all and we can't wait to celebrate at a later date! p.s. We met over two years ago. Neither of us were searching, ready, or even hopeful for a relationship. We were in a place of healing and individual spiritual growth. The Lord was hard at work in both of our hearts. Then in May of last year we began to see each other in a new light. The Lord filled us with affections for each other while continuing to strengthen us in our relationships with Himself. After a couple months of let's-get-to-know-each-other, a mission trip to Grande Passe, Haiti, and a few weeks of 'praying about dating', we felt that we received a clear "yes" from God through his peace. Dating was such a sweet season; we enjoyed every minute of it! This relationship has taught us about a greater love in Christ that we still cannot truly grasp, and it's given us deeper gratitude for all we've been given through grace. This is the story of the beginning of us.
