Grandin Village is one of our favorite areas in Roanoke. We lived over there for two years. Just go walk around there if the weather is nice. You won't be disappointed!
We love to walk Oshie on the Greenway, so we suggest you hit up Black Dog Salvage for some fun, antique shopping and then the Greenway if you are feeling adventurous. It's our favorite for bike riding!
Of course there's lots to do downtown and it's just minutes from the Mill Mountain Star. Take a beautiful drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway if you have any extra time.
