When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that everyone RSVP by April 20th by clicking the RSVP tab and then clicking your answer.
Question
What are the easiest ways to get to and from your wedding?
Answer
Once you land at Orlando International Airport, it depends on whether or not you are staying at a Disney resort. If you are staying at a Disney resort, the airport has Disney shuttles that take you and your party to the hotels. However, make sure that your hotel is Disney-affiliated because some hotels are not (ex= Swan and Dolphin). You can also rent a car if you are planning to explore the Orlando area. Some Disney resorts have a monorail that connects to the Grand Floridian (where the wedding is). There are also shuttles and lifts as well that can take you to not only the Grand Floridian, but also to other parks. Please visit Disney's website for more information.

Where exactly is the ceremony and reception?
Answer
All events will take place at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa (Address: 4401 Floridian Way, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830). All events will be inside. The ceremony will be inside the Wedding Pavilion, and the reception will be inside the Grand Floridian Ballroom.

What time should we arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin punctually at 2:30 PM, but please arrive no later than 2:15 PM to the Wedding Pavilion.

What if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will be greatly missed! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will not attend" so that we can plan accordingly.

Is this a child-friendly wedding?
Answer
Although we love kids, we request that parents take a night off and enjoy themselves at our wedding kid-free!! Disney does offer baby/child sitting services, however. Please visit https://kidsniteout.com for more information.

Is there a room block for this wedding?
Answer
We are doing room blocks for the wedding! The room blocks are for Disney’s Grand Floridian, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney’s Pop Century Resort. Please reach out to either Mikey or Danielle for more information.
Question
What food will be served at the wedding?
Answer
We want all guests to enjoy the food whether they have dietary restrictions, preferences, or if they do not like certain foods. We are planning to do a buffet-style dinner that will include filet, chicken, and pasta and vegetable bolognese.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only people who are listed on the wedding invitations attend the wedding. We thank you for your understanding!

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
A round of champagne for toasting will be provided to guests as well as red and white wine at each table. A cash bar will also available to all guests!

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, you may send your contribution under the Wedding Registry tab, or you may drop a wedding card in the card box at the reception.

Please state this in your RSVP response by clicking the RSVP tab and then write your response so that we can plan accordingly.
