Nate and Justin met in high school and have been friends ever since. They would watch shows from Adult Swim and joke around constantly. Michelle met Nate in 2016, but really became friends when Michelle and Justin started dating. Justin was also a groomsman in Nate's wedding.

Mandy and Michelle met in 5th grade in middle school through the Matron of Honor, Julie, because they had a class together. They instantly became attached at the hip as they bonded over their love for books, classic rock, cats, and hockey. Mandy is the sister Michelle never had.

Justin and Chris met freshman year in high school. They didn't get along at first, but quickly became good friends after hanging out with mutual friends and having similar interests.
Julie Wegter
Matron of Honor
Julie and Michelle also met in 5th grade when one of Michelle's other friends had a class with Julie and introduced her into the friend group. They too became attached at the hip and Michelle loved going to agility meets and hockey games with Julie. Michelle was Julie's Maid of Honor in Julie's wedding as well.

Legato is Justin's oldest brother. Legato got Justin into Anime, Xbox and PC games when he was young.

Maggie and Michelle met in freshman year of college when they lived on the same floor in their dorm. Michelle had to ask Maggie to be quiet one night because she was trying to study. Maggie has been Michelle's soul sister ever since.
Shaun O'Hara

Shaun is Justin's next oldest brother. He got Justin into metal and learning how to play Texas Hold Em when he was young.

Kate and Michelle also met in freshman year of college when they had the same First Year Seminar class together and learned a lot about music in films. Michelle also officiated Kate's wedding back in 2016.

Stein and Justin met in elementary school and used to play Halo together at Matt Helseth's house. They quickly became friends after Stein invited Justin over to his house one day to play Xbox and hang out. Justin was a groomsman in Stein's wedding back in February of this year.

Alex and Michelle actually met through the Maid of Honor, Mandy, about 7 years ago, but became closer during Covid (6 feet apart was not in their vocabulary at the time).

Joe and Justin met in elementary school and they became friends after skateboarding and biking around with mutual friends. Justin was also a groomsman in Joe's wedding in 2022.

Katrine (Kat) and Michelle met in high school when they starred in a play together called The Crucible. They were girls 3 and 4 and ran around screaming and crying and saying that they were seeing things that weren't actually there. It was a great time.

Jordan is Justin's cousin. Justin thought he was too young to hang out with when they were little, but they discovered they have a lot of the same interests such as RuneScape, Halo and other PC games.

Shayla and Michelle met over 7 years ago when Shayla started dating Michelle's brother, Sean. They already consider each other family, but can't wait to eventually become sisters officially.

Sean is Michelle's brother so that's how him and Justin met. (Yes, Michelle and Justin both have a brother named Sean/Shaun and only sometimes is it confusing as to which one they are talking about). They will soon be brothers as well.

Matt and Justin met in elementary school. Justin would go to Matt's house often after school to play RuneScape and Xbox together. They used to watch Family Guy and be able to quote a lot of the show easily. They still do.
