Question

Is there a dress code for the ceremony / reception?

Answer

Black-tie preferred - tuxedos and long gowns are encouraged. However, if you prefer not to wear black tie, a dark suit or an elegant long dress is a perfectly acceptable alternative.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 3:00pm sharp. Please arrive a bit early to grab your seat.

Question

Will there be transportation to/from the venue from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! If you book within our room block at The Westin Governor Morris Hotel there will be transportation to/from Hamilton Farm Golf Club. Please see the Schedule or Travel pages for more info. If you do not book within the room block, there will be valet parking at Hamilton Farm.

Will there be transportation to and from the Church?

Answer

Sadly no! While we won’t be providing transportation, the church is just a quick 5-minute ride away from the Westin Governor Morris Hotel. There is a parking lot available behind the church for those driving. Uber or other rideshare options are also convenient alternatives.

Will your wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both. Weather permitting, our cocktail hour will be outside, while our reception will be indoors.

Question

I have a food allergy/have specific dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let your server know of any allergies or dietary restrictions, the venue can most definitely accommodate.
