When we became engaged, we of course never pictured our wedding being impacted by a pandemic. But these are the times, and, despite its impact, we can’t wait to celebrate our love with you. In order to ensure fun, however, we feel we must first ensure safety — for all guests, especially those at higher risk. That’s why after careful consideration we’ve decided that in order to attend our wedding you and your guest(s) must be fully vaccinated.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!
Please see the information under the travel page.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
You should start to arrive at the Black Walnut Point Inn ready to celebrate at 5:30pm.
Yes. But the parking lot at the Black Walnut Point Inn has limited parking. We recommend those staying at a local hotel or Airbnb carpool.

Memorial Day is scheduled the same weekend as our wedding, which means heavy beach traffic. For those not familiar with the area you, have to cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to get to both our wedding and Ocean City, MD. People forget how to drive when crossing the bridge and traffic can get backed-up for miles. Please drive during non-peak hours and allow extra time to arrive.
Dress to impress. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
