Answer

We generally recommend carrying a bit of currency on you. Most banks allow you to pull out cash there using an ATM. That said, the vast majority of your expenses can be paid via credit card

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying near the venue, Casa Mar Floripa (R. Manoel Pedro Vieira, 1160 - Morro das Pedras). There are many hotels and Airbnb's nearby but we recommend staying in a Pousada (small guest house). See "Travel & Accommodations" tab for a saved Google Maps with our recommendations.
