We technically met over Teams meetings at work, and working virtually together for a few months before meeting in person at a work event....during which, Marty decided to empty a water bottle onto Meriah (we still don't know why). Shortly after, we formed a friend group with some other work friends. Fast forwarding, our friendship group grew (and we all still hang out to this day), but our friendship grew even stronger, first into both of us deciding that we had a best friend in the other, then eventually that best-friendship turned into to the love that we have now, that continues to grow and become stronger every day. We have found comfort, peace, adventure, and so much love in each other that we wouldn't trade for the world.
