We met each other at Sierra High School in December of 2010. My friend Chloe knew Josh's best friend at the time, and we introduced ourselves at lunch one day. Flash forward about a month, Chloe & I asked Josh's sister for a ride home (without knowing that Josh was her brother), and when we sat down in the car, we were surprised to see and learn that Josh was her older brother! Josh asked me to be his girlfriend on February 3rd, of 2011.

Josh kept asking me to schedule family pictures, and i kept blowing it off saying it was a lot of money for just pictures. This went on for six months until I finally got fed up and finally scheduled them! At the end of the photo shoot, Josh asked to get a couple pictures of just him & I together. We had a scheduled time slot, so I told him we didn't have any time, but he specially asked the photographer to just snap a few more pictures. At this point, I have no clue why he is being so persistent about these last photos. I said, "Okay, let's take some photos sitting on this bench." We took the photo, and Adelynn started running off, so I chased after her. When I walked back over to Josh I said, "Okay let's go." He asked for one more picture, but this time standing up. I was thinking, what is up with this guy today??? I set Adelynn down on the bench to take this last photo with Josh and just as the photographer gets her camera ready, Josh gets down on one knee, and asks me to marry him! & of course I said yes! Josh was sitting on that ring for six months because my stubborn self wouldn't schedule the pictures! Lesson learned! Hahahahaha
