Question

When do I have to RSVP by to secure my spot?

Answer

As we prepare for our special day, we kindly request your RSVP for our wedding by March 23, 2024. Your presence means a lot to us, and we want to ensure we have everything in place for a wonderful celebration. If we do not receive your RSVP by the specified date, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to accommodate you at the wedding. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating this joyous occasion together.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

After careful consideration, we have decided to host an adults-only celebration. Regrettably, we won't be able to accommodate children at the wedding, with the only exception being a few kids in the immediate family.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity constraints and logistical considerations, we regret to inform you that only guests whose names are on the finalized guest list will be permitted to enter the wedding venue. If your name is not on the list, we kindly ask for your understanding that, unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate you at the event. In the event that a guest is brought to the venue and their name is not on the guest list, we will have to request them to wait outside until the conclusion of the function. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment it may cause.

Question

Is there a mask mandate for this event?

Answer

As we look forward to celebrating our special day with you, we want to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. In light of current circumstances, we kindly request that all attendees adhere to a mask mandate during the event. Alternatively, if you provide proof of a negative COVID test taken within three days prior to the wedding, you may attend without a mask. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we prioritize the health of everyone involved.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure that our ceremony starts promptly and that everyone has ample time to be seated, we kindly request for you to be checked in at the venue by 1:30 PM on June 22, 2024. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated, and it will contribute to the smooth flow of our special day.

Question

Will there be any alcohol beverages?

Answer

In order to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we have made the decision not to serve alcohol at the wedding. This means that beer, wine, and any alcoholic beverages will be prohibited from the venue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this decision. We want everyone to have a wonderful time celebrating this special day with us, and the safety and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. If, during the event, any guest is observed to be belligerently drunk or engaging in disruptive behavior, we may have to ask them to kindly leave.

Question

Drugs are prohibited from this event.

Answer

To ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of all our guests, we have a strict no-drug policy in place for the event. This includes any form of illegal or recreational substances. We kindly request all attendees to refrain from bringing or consuming drugs of any kind during the festivities. If, during the event, any guest is observed to appear visibly under the influence or smelling of any substance, they will be asked to kindly leave the premises. Our intention is to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone, and your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
