We kindly request cocktail attire for our celebration. For women, this may include dresses (knee-length or midi) or a dressy jumpsuit. For men, a suit or dress pants with a collard shirt or jacket is appropriate Colors and florals are encouraged! Please refrain from any shades of white or cream. We do ask that you save the jeans, shorts, and super casual wear for another day — this is a chance to dress up, celebrate, and look fabulous with us!
We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear on the wedding invitation. Thank you so much for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of a few long distance travelers! We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We will be having a delicious BBQ buffet, provided by SMOKE catering company. Contact us with any dietary questions or restrictions!!
Yes! There is plenty of parking outside of the venue. Be aware that no cars can be left at the venue overnight!

Yes! Kent State University hotel and conference center has blocks available for guests. Blocks are limited so get one quick! You can find all of the hotel information under the “travel” tab
Yes! We have shuttles running from 2-3:30pm and again from 9pm-1am You can find all of the transportation information under the “travel” tab
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. We recommend arriving by no later than 3:45 so you have time to find parking and be seated by the start of the ceremony! Once the ceremony begins, entry will no longer be permitted.
Please RSVP no later than April 20th, 2026!
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date indicated, it will automatically be marked as “no”. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frame they’ve given us. Thank you for understanding!
