What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for this event is formal. We kindly ask that you please do not wear white, ivory, or beige. (Ladies -- don't forget a comfy pair of shoes for dancing!)

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we want you to relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so that you can celebrate with us.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! You may park in the grass lot connected to Clay Theatre, in public parking along Spring Park, or utilize on-street parking. The safety of our guests is very important to us. If you have too good of a time, please feel free to leave your car parked overnight in the grass lot connected to Clay Theatre and catch a ride!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 4:00 pm to ensure you have enough time to park and find a seat!

Can I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list. We are only able to accommodate those accounted for on your invitation. Please feel free to reach out if you are unsure of your number of reserved seats.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

You will receive a formal invitation. Once received, please RSVP no later than January 12th, 2023. You can respond by scanning the QR code on the RSVP card you received with your invitation or on the RSVP page on our website.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift you could give us. No gifts are expected, but if you'd like, a contribution towards our honeymoon fund would be truly appreciated. Please go to the Registry page on our website for more details.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Of course, we can't guarantee anything! At night, the temperature may drop -- a jacket or shawl is recommended. Keep an eye on the weather in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors and we will move indoors for cocktail hour and the reception.

Are the ceremony and reception location handicap accessible?

Yes!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures so we can see them, too!

Is smoking permitted at the venue?

Answer

No. Smoking is not allowed on the grounds of the venue. The bride and groom will be charged a cleaning fee if any guests smoke on the premises, so we kindly ask that you adhere to the rules.
