While the ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm, we invite you to arrive at 4:30 pm for a pre-ceremony glass of sparkling moscato! Please arrive no later than 4:55 pm so we can begin our ceremony on time!
This event is black-tie optional, or formal. For the men this may include a tuxedo or a formal dark suit with a tie, and for the women this may include a floor-length dress, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. We kindly ask that you not wear white, ivory, cream, or beige/champagne dresses. For more information, please reference the website here: https://www.brides.com/story/wedding-dress-code-explained
We will require proof of negative COVID test (at-home or at a clinic) taken within 48 hours of the wedding, as part of the celebration will take place indoors. We'd like to keep everyone safe and healthy, and to be able to attend our honeymoon in tropical Antigua after the wedding! Within 48 hours of the big day, please submit your test results to SMWed22@gmail.com. Thank you!
All guests listed on the invitation are welcome!
While we love your kids, we have chosen to have a kid-free event except for a few teen family members who are named on the invitations.
This will be an unplugged ceremony! We have hired an INCREDIBLE photo and video team to capture the whole event, so we request that you leave your phones and cameras in your pockets or purses during the ceremony. There will be plenty of opportunities after the ceremony when you can take all of the pictures you’d like!
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside (weather permitting), and dinner and dancing will take place inside.
We’ll be closing out our primary celebration at 10:00 pm (as Riverside County has strict noise ordinances). However, we invite you to continue the party in The Cellar in the basement of the Ponte Vineyard Inn!
This event is semi-formal, or dressy-casual. This may include slacks and a collared shirt for the men, and a dress or chic jumpsuit for the women. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, or t-shirts. For more examples, please visit the website here: https://www.brides.com/story/wedding-dress-code-explained
