Our story began in high school. We met at a Methuen High School basketball game. We went on our first date to the movies and started dating shortly after on February 14, 2015. We fell in love and have been best friends ever since.

Matt planned a weekend away at the Anchorage By The Sea in Ogunquit, Maine. We visited Maine several times during our relationship and it is a very special place for us. He proposed on Saturday December 17, 2022 on Marginal Way. We were so excited and the locals on Marginal Way were happy to take pictures of us. There was an overcast in the morning, but as soon as we got engaged the sun started shining. We celebrated with champagne and a seafood dinner at Jonathan's Ogunquit. It was the best weekend ever!
