Please plan to arrive at the venue between 3:45 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:45 p.m. to ensure guests arrive at the venue on time. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be in an open-air barn/patio. There will be plenty of fans, but please make sure to stay hydrated. Since the venue is a small business, liquor is only allowed during the cocktail hour from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. After cocktail hour, the bar will switch to beer and wine for the rest of the evening. We would like to make sure everyone has food they can eat. There will be appetizers during cocktail hour and dinner will be a buffet with salad, chicken and beef entree, and two sides. We are aware of quite a few food allergies/special diets (most of the buffet items are gluten/dairy free and all are peanut-free) but please let us know if you need a different accommodation. Special meals can be made for pescatarians/vegetarians.
