Question

Is there transporation to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There are three hotels that we will be providing transportation to and from the day of the wedding: Saturday, September 28th To the venue: - Green Granite Inn, Conway bus arrives at 1:40pm and departs at 1:49pm - Home2 Suites by Hilton North Conway bus arrives at 1:50pm and departs at 2:00pm - Arrive at Whiteface Hollow by 2:45 From the venue: Bus will arrive at the venue for 10:00pm, departing at 10:10pm If you would like to leave the venue earlier than 10:10, there are Ubers in the area, but it is recommended that you schedule in advance.

How to RSVP and select dinner choice?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 30th through the RSVP section of our wedding website. Be sure to select your dinner choice as well. If you have any issue with the RSVP just reach out to the bride and/or groom!

Are there any other wedding activities?

Answer

We will be holding a welcome event at the venue, Whiteface Hollow, on Friday the 27th starting at 5:30pm. We will have a light assortment of beer, wine, liquor, and soda. If you have a drink of choice, feel free to bring it! Dress for comfort! There will be some yard games and s’mores as well.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the time of year of the wedding and the location we are not able to set up room blocks at any local hotels. We have made some suggestions for accommodations under the “travel suggestions” section. There are three hotels that we will be providing transportation to and from the day of the wedding: - Home2 Suites by Hilton North Conway - Green Granite Inn, Conway - Quality Inn, Conway These hotels will book quickly, if you would like to stay there it’s recommended to book accommodations sooner rather than later. Please reach out to either the bride or the groom if you are staying at one of those three hotels and would like to be included in transportation the day of the wedding. (Don’t worry if you forget to reach out to be included in transportation, there will still be room the day of!)

How to get to the venue and is there parking?

Address: 251 Hackett HI Road S. Tamworth, NH 03883 The venue is down a small dirt road that may have you questioning if you’re on the right road! Just follow your GPS and it will bring you the venue on the left-hand side. There is a large field for parking on the right=hand side when you pull into the venue.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

In typical New England fashion the weather can range from 45° to 75° (based off the past few years). The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, weather permitting.
