Question

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at the Chapel. Note that you are able to park at the Chapel for one hour before and one hour following the ceremony. For the ceremony, please park in the parking lot in front of the Welcome Center. There will be a sign for event parking. At our Reception, parking is available at Truist Bank, directly adjacent to Whitlock Inn. Truist Bank: 47 Whitlock Ave SW, Marietta, GA 30064. If you are planning on driving, we recommend you drive to the church for our ceremony. Once the ceremony is complete, you can move your car to the Truist Bank parking lot listed above for our reception to avoid having to walk. Please note, neither the Whitlock Inn, nor Truist Bank, allow for vehicles to be left overnight.

Question

What are some recommended transportation options if I am not driving?

Answer

Uber and other rideshare options are readily available in the area to arrive to our ceremony. Following our ceremony, we will have a shuttle gathering guests and taking them to the Ceremony venue. If you would like to walk, the Ceremony is a 10 minute walk to the Reception.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limitations, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on the envelope you receive your invitation in. Thank you for understanding!

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Formal Attire - Men in Dark Colored Suits, Ladies in Formal Dresses. Please note our wedding party will be wearing pastel pink and shades of pastels.

Please RSVP electronically by August 1st.

Is there a room block?

Answer

There is not a room block at this time, as we wanted to ensure our guests had access to the most affordable rates. We'd recommend booking a hotel room as soon as you are able. There are also many Airbnbs and other hotels in the area.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, following our Ceremony we plan to have an open bar. We can't wait to cerebrate with you!

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our Ceremony will be indoors. Our Reception will be both indoors and outdoors.

Will Dinner Be Served?

Answer

Yes, we will have several dinner stations for our guests to choose from.
