How do I RSVP?

Answer

By now you should have received your invitation in the mail. RSVPs will be all online, here on Zola at the RSVP tab. Just type your name!

May I bring a guest?

Answer

All guests and plus ones will be clearly noted on your formal invitation and online when you go to RSVP. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guest requests beyond what is noted due to venue capacity.

Do I have to pay for parking or find street parking?

Answer

No! The Venue has ample on-site, free parking.

May I take photos?

Answer

We are respectfully requesting an unplugged ceremony which means please keep your cell phones, cameras, etc. away and be in the moment with us! Once the reception starts take as many photos as you want!

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire requested. Bright colors encouraged. Dancing shoes required! Ceremony and dinner will take place outside with dancing moving indoors so we do suggest bringing a sweater or jacket in case it gets cold in the evening.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Plan to arrive around 4pm (ceremony starts at 4:30pm). This will give you time to get settled and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Our registry is online through Zola. Please click 'Registry' on the top toolbar of this website! We are also registered at Bed Bath & Beyond.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, dinner and a portion of the reception will all be outside amongst the redwoods! The party will move inside once dark.

What happens if I need to leave my car overnight?

Answer

Safety first!! The venue allows cars to stay overnight until the next morning at 9am if necessary.

I know you two like the great outdoors. How outdoorsy is your venue?

Answer

While we do love the forest our venue has all flat ground that is very easy to navigate. All ground is paved or gravel so feel free to wear whatever dancing shoes you'd like (you won't be walking on dirt or doing any hiking).

Answer

Very limited to none.
