"Clint and I met on Bumble, but it was Bumble with a twist. I was about to move into a new apartment and needed a handyman to hang some shelves and picture frames, so I made an account that said 'will trade pie for picture frames" when Clint reached out. Soon enough we were connecting over our shared love of college sports, Conan O'Brien, and yes, pie. And yes, those frames did eventually get hung. Our first date was at one of our favorite spots in Philadelphia, Fishtown Social." -As told by Sarah-
"Sarah was in Minnesota for work in October, and I decided to buy a ring while she was gone. I made an appointment on Philadelphia's famous Jewelers Row on a Saturday and picked out a ring. Unfortunately, the store did not have any in Sarah's size available, so I would need to come back a week later to pick it up. This was a problem, as I would need to find an excuse for why I would be leaving in the middle of the day for 30 minutes. I told her that I had ordered her Christmas present early to avoid shipping delays and needed to go into Center City to pick it up. On the drive to the store, I began thinking about hiding the ring and planning a way to propose. After getting the ring and holding it in my hands, I knew I couldn't wait any longer to give it to Sarah. I raced home and walked into our apartment. I checked the kitchen, backyard, and office but couldn't find Sarah anywhere. I quickly hurried to the basement and found Sarah in the bathroom, moving towels from the washer to the dryer. It was there in the doorway between our bedroom and bathroom where I asked Sarah to marry me, and she said YES!" -As told by Clint-
