ASAP, pretty please! We’d love to know if you’re coming as soon as humanly possible so we can finalize all the fun stuff (like food, drinks, and making sure there’s enough champagne). Final RSVPs are due no later than June 15th at 11:59pm (EST)—yes, that’s giving slightly Elon Musk energy, but hey, we’ve got a party to plan. Click the 'RSVP' tab at the top of the page and fill it out, please! :)
Excellent question—and fair warning. St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church is about 94 miles (aka a solid 1 hour and 40-minute drive) from Margaux’s, our reception dinner venue. It’s not exactly down the block, but we promise it’s worth the drive—the priest marrying us is a deeply special faith mentor, and we couldn’t imagine saying "I do" without him.
Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! There will be plenty of vehicles available to shuttle guests from Raleigh to St. Elizabeth. If you think you’ll need a ride, let us know so we can arrange it for you ahead of time. Prefer to do your own thing? RDU Airport has rental cars available if you'd rather cruise at your own pace. Either way, we’ll help get you there—no hitchhiking required.
We know—driving an hour and a half from Raleigh to the Church Ceremony might not be your idea of a scenic road trip. So, if you’d rather stay closer to St. Elizabeth of Hungary, feel free to look at spots in the Fort Bragg/Fayetteville area. That said, most of us are staying in Raleigh since it’s near the airport and the rehearsal and reception dinner.
Fr. Edisson will be celebrating a full Catholic Mass—and yes, it’s the real deal: reverent, beautiful, and complete with Latin chants. Don’t let his serious face fool you—Fr. Edisson might look a little intimidating, but he’s absolutely wonderful! His love for Jesus is genuine, contagious, and honestly, super refreshing. Pro tip: He loves to keep the church arctic-level cold during the summer, so plan your outfit accordingly unless you want to turn your goosebumps into a fashion statement. If you’re not Catholic or haven’t been to Mass in a while, no stress! This moment is about us saying “yes” to a lifelong commitment in front of Jesus and His Holy Church. You’re not expected to have the responses memorized—Latin chant guides will be in the pews. Just follow the group—there’ll be some standing, sitting, and kneeling. Think of it as liturgical Pilates. Communion etiquette tip: If you’re not Catholic or choose not to receive Communion, feel free to remain seated and take it all in. No pressure, no judgment. Breathe, relax, and enjoy the sacred beauty of the moment. We’re so grateful you’ll be there.
Yes! We love your tiny humans, and they’re absolutely invited to all three weekend events. Just be sure to RSVP for them so we can count them in for food—because let’s be honest, no one wants a hangry toddler throwing side-eyes at the cake. During Mass, the Church even has a designated room for wailing toddlers, if needed!
We know many of you are traveling from far and wide—California, Illinois, Virginia, Alabama (and beyond!)—and we’re so grateful you’re making the journey. As a thank-you, we’re covering all wedding weekend expenses on the wedding schedule. Just bring yourselves and your best celebration energy—we’ve got the rest!
