We’re getting married!

Believe it or not we actually met on a dating website. I had been single for several years and Adam had recently been divorced. We hit it off from the first night, and hung out just after 2 or 3 days of talking. Adam says he knew I was the one the second we kissed for the first time, we kissed on the first night. While Adam and myself tend to both be shy individuals, we quickly became comfortable around one another. Just after 3 months of dating, he introduced me to his daughter Eli, who I also fell in love with. We lived an hour apart and did long distance and paid toll fees for a few months, before we decided to move in together after dating just about 8 months. We planned a mini getaway to Gatlinburg for our one year anniversary. We ate our weight in crab legs, went to the shops, went ziplining, but none of that compares to the surprise proposal that came on the back deck of our cabin that we were staying in. All I could say was “Are you serious?” I was beyond speechless, that was followed by lots of tears and emotions. I truly belive Adam is my soulmate and I’m happy that no other woman has him. We compliment each other in so many ways. I have never loved someone so much, I cannot wait to raise his children and just do life together. We cannot wait for our wedding day :)
