Individuals are responsible for making their own reservations by calling the number or using the link listed to reserve your room using the provided Block Code (see "Discount Code"). Provide your name, room type/bed type (as listed above), check-in and check-out dates. Make any special arrangements during this call. Guests will pay room charges upon departure. A credit card is required for a deposit at time of reservation. Note: The hotel will make every effort to meet requests; however, the hotel cannot guarantee any room location regarding to specific floors or connecting combination of rooms. Room types cannot be guaranteed. Individual Cancellation: 72 hours prior to first day arrival is required to avoid a 1-night room and tax charge. Deposit is refundable if cancellation received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner: Not included. Full-service restaurant (The Imperial) available for meals, as well as local options in Downtown Lancaster. No outside food and beverages are allowed in the common areas/meeting rooms of the hotel. Parking: The city-owned Duke Street Parking Garage is adjacent to the Holiday Inn Lancaster Downtown. The nightly fee is $15 plus 6% sales tax per car, per night, payable at the front desk. Unlimited in/out access expires at midnight on day of check out. Check-in 3 PM / Check-out 11 AM (if needed, inquire about late checkout at front desk on day of departure) There are additional hotels in the area, should you prefer to stay elsewhere.

PHL will likely be your top choice if you're flying in. You'll have options to rent a car or rideshare directly from airport.

LNS is a secondary option if you'd like to fly directly into town, but flights and departure cities are limited.

If you need to rent a car, local car rental may be difficult to access. Consider renting at Philadelphia (PHL) or Lancaster (LNS) airports if you are flying in and are in need of transportation.
