Mallorie & Amir met in 2021 on Bumble’s dating app in December of 2021. Everyone had just been freed from COVID lockdown, but the first Christmas together meant that Mal was quarantined with a sick nephew in the house. Amir didn’t miss a beat. They had their first date virtually, including a Disney+ movie, pizza, and wine. Their first in-person date weeks later finally arrived with ceramic painting and dinner at now one of their favorite Lebanese restaurants in NJ. Since then, Amir & Mallorie have shared many moments--chocolate brownie special deliveries, lots of laughs, pizza & wine nights, art exhibits, Amir’s Master’s degree, entrepreneurship, time with family and friends, and world travel. Amir surprised Mallorie with a Caribbean proposal in her late mother’s home island country of St. Vincent & the Grenadines surrounded by family. He even video-documented the entire proposal and the events leading up to it! They decided to tie the knot on July 13, 2025, about one year after their engagement, once again surrounded by family & friends, in Lancaster, PA at the Drumore Estate. They are looking forward to a lifetime of togetherness, traveling the world, flourishing business endeavors, and a family of their own, with cherished, happy and loving memories.
