SISTER COUSIN FRIEND ! Knowing each other for years, being raised in the same church...whole while Mariah and Ty were cousins. Since that day in 2007, the bond thickened and became unbreakable. Just about every birthday and holiday over the years has a memory. Mariah's most proudest moment is when Ty finished nursing school. They literally cried together on that day as they embraced. They have a bond that could never be broken!

FIRST COUSINS!! Their mothers are sisters and out of 30+ grandkids, in the last batch of grandkids, there are only 3 girls. Being one lived out of state pretty much all Mariah had around her age growing up was Christina. Rough housing with the boys on the back street on Fraternity St. They have came a lonnnnnng way from those tom boyish girls LOL Christina is not just a cousin, she's more than that. Her maternal ways have always inspired Mariah to do the same with the younger cousins under her. Thank you Chris.

They have never fallen out, they may have disagreed but it was never to the point of not talking. When Alexis needed a friend the most, Mariah stepped in when available. There are so many stories but the one that sticks the most is back in 2014 when Mariah got into it with one of her co workers at IHOP and she was so infuriated, the first person she called was Key-Anna and she talked her down to go back in there and do her job and not slap her co worker LOL Mariah is more than proud of the woman and mother Kedi has become. The sacrifices Kedi has made makes Mariah admire her more than she knows. Their sisterly bond is one that will never waiver (no matter what!)

Maturity in this friendship is what Mariah is proud of the most. Dee is a listening ear and always is there to listen. A woman who has faced challenges and entered motherhood and STILL graduated in a strenuous major ON TIME! A quiet storm is what Dee is. Her strength is amazing and Mariah admires that .

A friendship that started from Mariah dating a close relative of Vadriane's. Even when that relationship ended....Mariah told Vadriane that she would understand if she didn't want to be friends anymore due to that being her blood and Vadriane's response couldn't have been any more pleasing. This friendship has been full of laughs and definitely have been looking out for each other ever since. The one Mariah can depend on to make a serious situation hilarious! LOL Watching Vadriane go from that high schooler to the woman she is today has been amazing. Mariah is very proud of Vadriane, if she doesn't say it enough.

Mariah gained another family. Congetia or Gee as everyone affectionately calls her is a loving and caring, laid back soul. A person who is down for whatever and also there when you need her. Mariah is grateful for their friendship and has been by her side through some very tough and trying times and vice versa. No matter what, always and forever is what it is...Mariah's baby mama and sister as she loves to call her!
