The Wedding Website of Maggie Neal and Jake Hartman
Question

~When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 5.21.25 using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

~ What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate your RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue with the exact guest count by a certain date. We will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Question

~ What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

~ What time should I arrive?

Answer

As the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30, we recommend you aim to arrive by 5 pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Question

~ Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for the big day! The official dress code for all events is cocktail and/or semi-formal. Ladies, cocktail or midi dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy separates, heels, dressy flats, or stylish sandals. Avoid overly casual attire like jeans, sneakers, or flip-flops. Please reserve hues of blue for the wedding party. Gentlemen, a suit or dress pants with a blazer and a button-down shirt (tie optional but encouraged), dress shoes (loafers, oxfords, or dressy boots). Avoid casual items like jeans, polo shirts, or sneakers. We promise once you arrive at the venue for our big day you’ll see this idea come to life!

Question

~ Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please respect our wishes as we’re trying to keep our wishes as we’re trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

~ Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer/ videographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

Question

~ Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your littles! However, we have decided to keep the wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of wedding party members. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
