Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Dulles International Airport (IAD) as it is the closest to the venue and has connecting flights to everywhere.

Where should I book a room to stay?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block anywhere, so we suggest looking for an AirBnB or VRBO location near Harpers Ferry, WV.

Question

What if I prefer a Hotel?

Answer

There are a few nearby options! Both Brunswick, MD and Charles Town, WV are only a 15 minute drive away. Frederick, MD is only a 26 minute drive and a super cool small town. If you want to stay on the way to the airport, try Leesburg, VA which is 20 minutes from the airport and still only 40 minutes to the venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

It's going to be hot and everything is outside, so dress comfortable! The reception area is a covered outdoor bar space with fans, but dress to stay cool. If you plan to explore Harpers Ferry while you're here, bring walking/hiking wear for around town and bring swim gear and water shoes if you'll be joining us for river tubing on Sunday!
