Question

What time should we arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please arrive on time so we can begin promptly.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we love kids, unfortunately we are limiting kids that will be at our wedding. Your invitation will specify if your kids will be allowed.

What is the attire?

Answer

There's no specific attire. Keep in mind, it will be Summer in Hawaii. The ceremony will be outdoors but reception will be indoors. We would love to see you all in your best outfit as there will be lots of pictures being taken. We would like to look back at the pictures and reflect on our wedding day.

Where can out of town guests stay?

Answer

The venue is in Kailua so the closest area where hotels & air bnbs are is in Waikiki. But you are not limited in where you can stay.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

As much as we would love to invite everyone, seating is limited. Your invitation will indicate if we have a "plus one" for you. Thank you for understanding.

Are the wedding ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes, both event is at the same venue. No need to travel after the ceremony. Cocktail hour to follow.

Directions to the venue

Answer

You may enter “The Charming Estate” directly into Apple Maps or Google Maps for accurate directions. If needed, “Royal Hawaiian Golf Club” may also be used as a reference point. FROM HONOLULU Take the Pali Highway (Hwy 61) toward Kailua. Continue straight as the road becomes Kailua Road, then connects to Kalanianaole Highway. Turn right onto Auloa Road. FROM H3 Take H3 East toward Kailua and exit at Kailua / Hamakua Drive (Exit 14). Continue on Hamakua Drive, then turn right onto Kailua Road. Follow Kailua Road as it connects to Kalanianaole Highway, then turn right onto Auloa Road. THE FINAL TURN After turning onto Auloa Road, turn left onto Loop Road / Luana Hills Road. If you are approaching from Honolulu or H-3, this will be the left fork with the stop sign. If you are approaching from Kailua, this will be a direct left turn with no stop sign. Continue on this road all the way to the end, which will lead directly into the Royal Hawaiian Golf Club property and the entrance to The Charming Estate. After turning onto Auloa Road, make an immediate left at the small intersection with a stop sign. This road appears as “Loop Road” on Google Maps and “Luana Hills Road” on Apple Maps. Continue on this road all the way to its end; it will lead directly into the Royal Hawaiian Golf Club property and the entrance to The Charming Estate.
