Arrival

4:00 pm

Arrival to the Villa! You are able to check into the villa anytime after 4 pm on Friday August the 28th. This will be an evening to settle into your rooms, relax and enjoy a drink while everyone gets into town.

Winery Tour

11:30 am - 4:00 pm

We will be doing a wine tour on the morning of August 29th! We have arranged transportation to pick everyone who will be joining us up from the villa at 11:30 am which will take us to two separate wineries in San Gimignano. The first winery will include a tour of the grounds and vineyards followed by a sit down lunch with wine pairings. The second stop is a tour, wine tastings and some light snacks. The bus will then drop us back off at the villa at 4 pm! As mentioned in the email we had sent out previously the price of this tour with transportation is 180$ per person. If you have not done so already via email, please confirm with Eric or I if you would like to join!

Wedding Day!

5:00 pm

The ceremony will begin at 5 pm, followed by cocktail hour. A sit down dinner will begin at 7 pm, followed by drinks and dancing

Recovery Brunch

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Join us the morning after the wedding for a brunch to help recover from the night before! If weather permits brunch will be held poolside where we can soak up the last of the summer sun, spritz in hand
