We are getting married!

I was volunteering with Liberty University's Habitat for Humanity club. We volunteered alongside Sodexo, the food company at LU. Micah was working with Sodexo at that time. We met and became friends at a basketball game.

Our first date, we went driving around in Madison Heights/Amherst county. We drove around for 3 hours, listened to music, and enjoyed the views of a few lakes. Later that evening I met Dylan and Zach for the first time.

Eden, Micah's younger sister, had asked me to do a bible study with her up at thunder ridge, this is an overlook located on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Micah was "going hunting with Dylan" that morning. After we got there, we decided to take a few photos. As Eden is taking a photo of me facing the view, she starts recording. I turn around and I see him walking towards me, with his Mom right behind him. He walks up and says "Maddie, I love you, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?" And here we are :)
