Guest Check-In
Please write 4 notes with your names and some advice, sentiment, joke, recipe, or anything else for the following milestones; - Wedding Night - One Year Anniversary - Five Year Anniversary - Ten Year Anniversary Don't know what to say right away and don't want to stand in front of others? No worries! Take some cards and a pen and fill them out when inspiration strikes! After the ceremony, boxes will be placed in the reception hall.
Photobooth
Please make use of our unlimited photobooth! Note: the booth will print out copies for everyone in the session, including one for memories, so please place the memory copy in the provided book and feel free to leave us a note! Use as many times as you would like, it can be alone, a couple, a small group, or a large group! We all dressed our best for the occasion, might as well get a lot of photos to save the memories!
Wedding Favors
Don't forget to pick up your wedding favor on the way in or out!
Confetti Toss
When you take your seat you may find a cone of floral confetti, please pick up your wildflower confetti, and be ready to toss it in the air as the newly-wed couple walk down the aisle. Only the fist couple of seats in the row will have cones in order to limit the clean up the venue staff will have to clean, as well as get the best use of it and not shower other guests further down the row. Note: If there is a camera in your seat you will not get confetti as to not burden any particular guests with multiple tasks.
Find Your Table
Please use the guide to find your name and respective table to sit at a select a seat.
Film Cameras
During the Ceremony: At the end of certain rows of seating, we will have a film camera ready to go, we ask that in the selected seats that you take ONE photo of the prompt listed on the card that is attached to the camera, we want to see the ceremony from your view, but as mentioned we do have photographers and videographers capturing the day, so we just need one from you! During the Reception: Cameras will be placed at each table, we encourage you to use the cameras! Once film is used please find (ENTER DAY OF COORDINATOR HERE) to give her the camera/film and she will placed a new roll of film and put the used one in a special box for developing.
